Introducing the SES staff for the 24-25 school year! What an amazing team!
Welcome back, everyone! As we step into this new school year together, let's embrace the opportunities ahead with renewed energy and a shared commitment to inspiring our students. Here's to a year filled with growth, collaboration, and the joy of learning!
For the 2024-2025 school year, we will be moving back to the original parent pick-up/drop-off system that was in place prior to spring break of last school year. Please see the map below. Freshly painted arrows have also been place on the parking lot to help with the flow of traffic. We are gearing up and ready for a great school year!
Join us for the BlueJay Bash on Tuesday, August 20th from 5 - 7pm.
Dear Stakeholder,
Shepherd Public Schools wants to communicate more effectively with our families and community. We need your help in understanding how we can better communicate information and through what platforms we use to communicate.
Why We Need Your Help:
We want to understand what is working well, identify areas for improvement, and explore new ways to keep you informed and involved in your student's education.
How We Will Use Your Answers:
We will look at all the answers to see what we need to do better. Your answers will help us make our communication better for all families.
How Much Time Will it Take:
The survey has 20 questions and should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
Thank you for your time and help.

BlueJay Families, Reminder that tomorrow, April 1 (NOT April Fools) we are starting the parking lot shift on a trial basis. All loop traffic, (car drop off and pickup) will enter as usual and continue through the loop and exit, following the barricades. If you are parking, you will enter via the "current exit" and then exit in the aisle closest to 4th St.

Game two fans will not be admitted until the conclusion of game one. Game one starts at 5:30.
There are plenty of seats available for your game, so there is no need to arrive early.

The 65th annual Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival will be here before we know it and preparations to make it a safe and enjoyable experience for all is an ongoing effort.
As many of you are aware, BOGO Buddy Night (buy one get one free Thursday only) has grown to be an extremely popular and, therefore, overly crowded evening. The uptick in attendance has forced us to make some changes to aid in crowd control and to ensure the safety of all who attend.
In collaboration with Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival, Shepherd Police Department, Shepherd Public Schools and Elliott‘s Amusements LLC, the following changes have been made:
● The BOGO offer, for Thursday, April 25, will be available to Shepherd Public Schools
students only. Must present coupon to redeem offer
● It’s not a requirement that the “Buddy” be a SPS student
● The website will no longer show the BOGO offer on Thursday
● No more than one coupon per student is allowed
● Coupons will be distributed to the following buildings the third week of April
○ Shepherd Elementary - Friday Folders
○ Winn Elementary - Friday Folders
○ Shepherd Middle School - SOAR classrooms
○ Shepherd High School - Office
○ Odyssey Middle/High School - Office
