SMS Student Council and Sandlot Sports have an online store that sells Shepherd Middle School merchandise. We have three Shepherd Middle School designs printed on a variety of apparel - shorts sleeves, long sleeves, crew sweatshirts, hoodies and more - there’s something for everyone.
Click here - the online store is up and running. It is set to close by the ordering deadline of September 10th and orders are estimated to be complete after September 25th and will be distributed at Shepherd Middle School.

6th Grade WEB Orientation, for all incoming 6th graders at Shepherd Middle School, is Thursday, August 17, 8am to 12 noon, at Shepherd Middle School. Parents have an informational meeting in the Shepherd Auditorium, 11am to 12 noon.

Shepherd Athletics is very excited to announce that we have has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
Click on the Parent Playbook (url below) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Use Support”.
We are asking that ALL parents of athletes use FinalForms.
