Shepherd Village is under a precautionary boil water advisory, which impacts Shepherd Public Schools. After consulting with EGLE and the village DPW, we’ve decided to close Shepherd Public Schools, including Winn and Odyssey, on Monday, November 18, 2024.
This will allow us time to prepare for a safe return on Tuesday, including providing bottled water, hand sanitizer stations, and securing drinking fountains.
We have emailed parents with more details and posted the letter below. We will announce by noon tomorrow if we are ready for extracurricular activities.
